Thank you for visiting Zen Threads. We value your business and guarantee your satisfaction on all items purchased from our store. 
We take pride in offering top quality apparel and goods printed with eco-conscious, earth friendly inks. Our goal is to make your new favorite tee! Each item is custom hand printed to order and may vary slightly, making every item unique!

All wearable items are currently MADE to ORDER and will ship within 2-7 business days from date of purchase. If you need them sooner, please contact us to add our Rush printing and shipping service. 


Shirt Sizing....

We highly encourage checking the size chart measurements in your listing to choose the correct fit.

Womens Tees: Some of our customers feel they run on the smaller side compared to other brands you may be used to. If you are on the border with the measurements we recommend sizing up.

Most women's and unisex men's (unisex) tees are designed to have a more fitted cut compared to most major brands. They are designed to accommodate a wide range of body types with a stylish fit. 

If you're not sure about sizing, please ask and we'll be happy to help.

Shipping and Payment

U.S. Orders: 
Once the tracking posts "delivered" on USPS.com, the package has been delivered. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items. If you would like insurance or signature confirmation, please let us know.


We use USPS First Class or Priority Mail within U.S. and will take 2-5 business days once shipped. This includes delivery confirmation and tracking.

International Orders: 
Items are shipped USPS First Class with average estimated delivery of 5-9 business days after your item has shipped. In some rare cases shipment time can be up to 3-6 weeks depending on Customs holds for your country.
 We are not responsible for any tariff or additional taxes your country may charge upon delivery, but we will do our part to help you avoid them. Please note that we are not responsible for LOST or STOLEN items. If you would like to purchase insurance/signature confirmation, please let us know.

Payment: Paypal and Shopify checkout are the safe forms of payment. E-checks must clear before an item is shipped.

Refunds and Exchanges

We understand you aren't able to try it on, so we gladly accept exchanges if you've ordered the wrong size. The only thing we ask is that you cover the shipping to us, and that the item arrives in the SAME (new, unworn, and unwashed) condition it arrived to you in. 

*U.S. (and U.S. Territory) Orders- We will cover the shipping cost back to you. 

*International Customers- We offer a discounted return shipping cost of 1/2 the original shipping. Please be sure to include a check or money order with your return. Refer to your Etsy invoice to find the original shipping cost.
Refunds can be processed up to 30 days after receipt of payment. After 30 days, items can be returned for Zen Threads store credit for the original value of the purchased item.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase (unhappy with our print quality or our products offered) we will gladly offer you a refund for your items. PLEASE CONTACT US right away if something is wrong with your order (ripped garment / wrong order received / wrong size / basically our fault). We will send you a replacement item immediately and cover shipping costs both ways. We do our best to avoid these errors but please be patient with us if we've made a mistake with your order. 

We are here to help and want you to enjoy our apparel and products as much as we enjoy creating them! 

Return / Exchange Instructions:

Please try to contact us within 2 weeks after the delivery date for a return or exchange.

 Remember that they are each custom printed to order by hand, so there will be a slight turn around for a reprinted item. We will certainly do our best to get it to you in a timely manner.

Exchanges will be made at our discretion
. We will not be able to accept a return for any items that appear to have been washed or worn, smell like perfume, cologne, or smoke, or items with visible pet hair upon return. We just ask that any items returned to us will arrive in the same condition they were sent. 
Please be kind and fold your items neatly when packaging.
*WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING costs for any returned merchandise. *INTERNATIONAL Customers* Please see above for return postage costs.
